Katseye launched their global Wildworld Tour last night at Dublin’s 3Arena. The tour opener comes only days after the group cancelled their appearance at Olivia Rodrigo‘s Daisy Chain Fields Festival in Irvine, California, after member Megan Skiendiel suffered a sprained ankle.

Skiendiel was rested up for the Dublin concert, which also featured group members Daniela Avanzini, Yoonchae Jeung, and Lara Raj. Sophia Laforteza was notably missing after announcing a hiatus from Katseye in August.

The show opened with single “Hootie Frutti” and included several of the group’s hits, including “Gabriela,” “Pinky Up,” and “Gnarly.” It also featured several solo dance breaks from the singers.

Katseye released their most recent EP, Wild, on Aug. 14. It features singles “Animal” and “Pinky Up,” which arrived ahead of their Coachella debut and officially launched their first EP without Manon Bannerman, who remains on hiatus from the group. The singers have described Wild as a new era for the group. During their appearance on The Tonight Show host Jimmy Fallon asked, “How do you describe this era?” “Wild,” Avanzini said. Raj added, “I’d say maturity. Growing up.”

The Wildworld Tour will make stops in cities across North America and Europe including two nights at Los Angeles’ Crypto.com Arena. It continues with two shows in London at the O2 on Sept. 3 and 4. The North American leg kicks off on Oct. 13 in Miami.

The group teased the sold-out tour on The Tonight Show. “I feel like it will hit me once I get there because it’s our first arena tour,” Jeung said. “It’s a much bigger stage. I’m a little bit nervous. And it’s very exciting.”
